If you were being put on trial for something you did when you weren't calling the shots for yourself, would you plead not guilty because you weren't in control or plead guilty and let them figure out what to do with you?

Where I'm from, the law's not. Really equipped for dealing with crimes committed under "it wasn't 100% me" conditions, assuming we're not talking about, you know, a DUI.

But going with guilty and throwing it all to the wind isn't a great idea either.
