Descartes believed it was the pineal gland — epiphysis cerebri. He called it the principal seat of the soul. In theosophy, it's considered the third eye.
Most people probably wouldn't associate the soul with any organ at all.
... okay. Well. If you've been to hell and then got out again you're already more of an expert on soul stuff than 90% of the people who'll try to tell you shit about it, so but it's probably. Not attached to an organ of any kind, is all.
[Lichtenstein is reading a book while he listens and answers without lifting his head.]
The soul is not in any one organ. It does not have any physical aspect, thus cannot be found 'located' in the material world. It has a connection to a person's mind, where it will be found strongest, but not exclusively. It can be stretched and wander free of the material body it is linked to. Usually, however, it sticks... around and within a person's body on another plane.

How do you know if you have one?

It isn't a physical thing, the soul. It's not something you can find with your eyes or hands.
